The ideal download would be as you did in the test version by MEGA.Dfiles and Turbobit are very slow.

I know a trick for After Effects but not sure if also works for Premiere Pro, try googling for a solution and apply it to portable, let me know! Hit me by email for further help

I downloaded all parts of the new 2019 program as instructed and used WinRar as you suggested. Premiere 2019 would not open and the error code said: This Application was unable to load a required component: MSVCP80.dll
The 2018 version works perfect on my machine. Any ideas what to do? I am running Win10.

Strange error, but easily fixable: install Microsoft Redistributable Package 2005 x64
Strange because I never saw 2005 pack needed, always errors about 2010-2012-2013-2015.
I also suggest to keep your w10 updated, I thought that dll was a standard windows library. 😀

1. open premiere 2019
2. create new project
3. press CTRL + F12
4. in new floating window “console”… click over the triple bars on right side of name ‘console’ (will open console menu)
5. on console menu… choose DEBUG DATABASE VIEW
6. change ApplicationLanguage input text to —-> en_EN
7. restart premiere

Ora, solo per fartelo sapere, la v13.0.1 non mi funziona, per esempio, quando apro le impostazioni mi da errori e crasha.
Mentre la v13.0.0 non mi da questo problema 😛

Work perfect , but….
I have problem witch plug-ins, when I start Premiere in folder with common files – all files are delete (all plug-ins from oryginal effects – is like new fresch folder …)
