I prepared 3 versions of Unity 5.3.5p8 Portable.

As many users do not need all the platform supports that Unity provides, and as their total weight is about 15 GB, I decided to make more than one version of Unity, each supporting different stuff, to have lighter programs for all of you. Here they are:

• “Lite” version (353 MB): this version only includes the core, the program itself. But you are able to add your own stuff through a particular procedure, written down here. (archives name: familiare353.partx.rar)
• “Apple” version (3 GB): this version includes Unity plus support for Apple stuff (both AppleTV and iOS) but also support for Android. (archives name: familiare353a.partx.rar)
• “Misc” version (2.6 GB): this version is “miscellaneous”, it includes Unity plus a couple of addons such as Built-in Shaders and WebPlayerDevelopment, but also support for Android, SamsungTV, Tizen, Mac, Linux, Windows, WebGL, Metro, UWP IL2CPP. (archives name: familiare535m.partx.rar)

How to add your own stuff to any version

You can put all the files you want to add plugins and supports in this particular folder, which acts as the “Program Files”  folder in a normal installed Unity: (exe folder)\Sandbox\Unity 5.3.5p8\roaming\modified\@PROGRAMFILES@\Unity\Editor, but you should also try \local\ instead of \roaming\ because I don’t really know which works for what, if they both work, or if they are useful for different things. Try and let me know 😉

Ps. In the archive there’s a little txt file with some infos, I wrote there the wrong version (3.5.3 instead of 5.3.5), and also the exe file name is wrong. My fault! But you can rename it as you want 🙂
